  • Your subscription is month-to-month—no lengthy commitment required. Join us for as long as you like, and cancel at any time.

  • No problem! All sessions are recorded and posted to the Member Site, so you can catch up with the conversation whenever suits your schedule.

  • All are welcome! Many of our members are people leading change without formal authority (including project managers, product managers, and agile practitioners), but our discussions are equally relevant for people leaders, too. If you’d like to improve the change experience at your organization, you’ll find great support in this community.

  • We gather for our community calls once a month for an hour. You’ll find the greatest benefit from joining these conversations live, but there’s no requirement to attend for the whole hour or every month if you have a scheduling conflict. You’ll also have access to additional resources you can use at your own pace.

  • Monthly memberships are free and priceless. Monthly members can join our community calls and connect with other members.

    Our Golden membership includes all monthly membership benefits, plus live group coaching calls and access to on-demand courses and templates. Only $60 per month.

  • We meet on the third Wednesday of each month from 9:00 a.m. to 10 a.m. Central. All sessions are recorded.
