For more than 20 years, I’ve worked with leaders across Fortune 500 companies, high-growth startups, and nonprofits, helping them turn ambitious transformation efforts into meaningful, lasting results. My approach isn’t about rigid playbooks; it’s about cultivating presence, trust, and the leadership capacity to engage others, even in the most uncertain conditions.

I began my career in technology, managing large-scale software projects across teams and silos. That experience taught me an important truth: the success of any change initiative rarely hinges on the plan or the budget—it hinges on people. This realization drew me toward agile ways of working, and later to train as an executive coach, deepening my ability to help leaders lead change with clarity, courage, and collaboration.

Today, I partner with executives and mid-level leaders who carry the day-to-day weight of transformation. I help them build the self-awareness and systems awareness required to navigate resistance, foster alignment, and lead change that lasts.
